It is looking like this release was orchestrated and coordinated by top Republican leadership of the establishment variety to try and replace Trump. It failed because establishment Republicans are total idiots, don't understand their constituency, and care more about holding on to power than moving this country in the right direction. Trump is already talking about replacing Paul Ryan once he is elected (smart move).

But then when I saw what happened this weekend, and I saw how quickly all the usual suspects jumped on it and started to call on Trump to step down as the nominee… It was just too much of a coincidence… It really tells me it was some sort of conspiracy. I went to the proper authorities and told them what I was told. It’s probably too late to prosecute anybody… It’s not only despicable. I think it maybe rises to the level of criminal behavior…"
