They have either made some really bad choices in life (FELONIES)

 

OR

 

They are too lazy to get a job

 

OR

 

They have 12 or 14 illegitimate children to get the most out of their welfare

 

OR

 

A combination of any of the above
Nuance isn't really your strong suit is it.
