I'll take the liberty of rephrasing the question. Do you believe that blacks have the same or similar opportunities compared to the average white person, and that on average they are able to achieve the same or similar socioeconomic outcomes to the average white person? If not then what do you attribute the disparities to all things being equal (intelligence, ability to do manual labor, etc)?


Yes they do. Things aren't equal among or within whites, blacks, Hispanics, the Dutch, or any other group you care to define. There will always be disparities between groups of humans and nothing will ever change that.
