Question. How do they get the results on how many are watching? Phone calls?
 

Not a clue how it works these days. I know back in the day there would be phone calls, but I would assume cable/satellite boxes can pretty much report real time data about who is watching what, but not sure how that accounts for sports bars or other areas with multiple viewers.
