As it relates to politics and this particular thread, I don't think that networks should show the player "protests" during the National Anthem.  I do know that certainly doesn't help.

 

 

  Last year when the Jaguars played the Bills in London,   I was not happy at all that the game wasn't on a TV station I could access.   Though I'm more than comfortable watching replays of games on the Internet,  the live streaming isn't reliable enough.   

 

  This season,  I have been fortunate to be able to access all of the Thursday Night games on NFL Network. 

 

  One aspect of watching a game on TV compared to the Internet that appeals to me is the TIVO feature on Direct TV.   This enables me to watch a play more than once before going to the next play.    As someone who wants to know as much as possible what happens on a play,   the TIVO feature is invaluable.
