You say he was elite for 2 years, I think he was great almost the entire time, most of it while defenses ignored everybody else on the field.

I don't think a few years is long enough to put a player in what's suppose to be a hall of fame group for the franchise. We're talking about a team that hasn't won a single division title one playoff win and no championships during this time period. How many players do we want to induct during the first 14 years? Ill be cool with adding to the pride when we do something worth recognizing or someone does it for a long time like Freddy did.
