That's the whole point of watching them play. But as far as the fan base angst. Listen, it may not be half way over yet season wise. But statistically and historically, when teams start off this bad. It normally means your season is over pretty early on. That's not to say the improbable could happen. But the odds are stacked against you when you can clearly see this team is nowhere near what a competitive team should look and feel like. 

 

When people say, "The season is over," after only six games, they are giving up.; Fans don't give up on their favorite team. You have to be optimistic about the chances we will get better both individually and as a team even if a playoff berth is almost impossible. JIB is not saying we should expect to win the division. He believes this team is not the Titanic.
