I think Caldwell has done a good job replacing bad draft picks and FAs with better ones each year.

 

Khan isn't going to step in to fire Gus, he's gonna allow DC to do his job.

And I think DC could get the next HC selection right. And maybe with a better roster than 2012 we could attract a HC with some credentials

 

If the chain of command allows the GM to fire the head coach, Dave Caldwell should have fired Gus and whichever staff was responsible for what happened to Bortles' mechanics.

 

Again, I think Caldwell has picked well, but also kind of expect it to happen picking near the top of the draft his entire tenure, so I don't think he should be placed on a pedestal or anything.  

 

Also, being the next man up after Gene Smith, it isn't really hard to look good.
