The talent on this team isn't the problem what so ever. I don't get why this is pointed at Caldwell. Bortles has regressed but that doesn't change the fact when he was mechanically sound last year he threw for 35 TD's and was the QB of a very prominent offense. The coaching staff and Bortles not working all offseason to keep it going like last year is his problem.

 

Ramsey, Amukamara, Colvin, Gipson, Telvin, Jack, Malik, Ngakoue, Fowler, Big Roy, Marks, Day, A-Rob, Lee, Linder, Cann, Beachum, Hurns were all brought in here. All have shown some very good things/have a ton of talent and are waiting on the right coaching staff to get the results. Talent is so far from the problem it's insane.


There's a reason why every year before training camp the last couple years everyone is expecting us to make a large jump along with the Raiders. It's coaching.
