I don't know Gus personally but he seems like a very likeable guy.  He might even been a good defensive coordinator.  At Head Coach he stinks.  There is no shame in taking a step back because many defensive coordinators have great careers. Bradley could be such a likeable guy it's hard to fire him from a personal standpoint.   That being said it is a business.  If we lose another game tomorrow I believe a shakeup is in order.  That would put us a 2-5 and in the division basement once again.  Too much talent on this team to continue to lose like this.
