Understood...however, he still made and still makes mistakes that no NFL HC should make in regards to lack of season prep, lack of game prep and bad in-game management.  He is sitting in 1 of 32 premiere positions worldwide.  You only allow a "learning curve" if you know the guy can and will develop into a winning NFL HC.
