I'd beg to differ, better done as a group. It's an owner that doesn't go there much....but when he does show up ....you should probably listen. You don't get where he is without a set.

The article does not have a "heads will roll" tone.

He hires what he thinks are the best people, stands back and gives you a chance. The cycles of season, the drafts, the preseasons and the season again just takes longer to realize....maybe I've scrood up. can't blame him for not giving you your shot....but when he's done...I promise he's done and you'll be gone. He's simply not an "in your face guy".
