Gus was supposedly ordered to fire Fisch.


 

Given his record as Bears DC, Babich should never have even been hired. There is no excuse for Gus not firing him immediately after week six in 2015.


 

What lower assistants has he fired? He replaced the OL coach only because of health reasons. I guess the QB coach was replaced when Fisch was fired and Olson's regime took over, but I doubt Gus did anything but rubber stamp that.
