AP: Jaguars owner Khan speaks to team, seeks answers

Quote:Probably the biggest hypothetical statement I've ever seen in my life. Hopefully this is a whoosh.

You don't know what a coaching change will do. Gus Bradley is the worst coach in history. Our new coach would literally have to be worse than one person in history to be considered a downgrade.

A coaching change will likely give us more wins. It'll also gives us a chance to figure out if we have any head coaching talent from within ( Doug Marrone) as opposed to being completely clueless when the offseason starts (ya know, the same reason all of us were preaching this last year).

That patience stuff is just completely wrong. Plenty of patience is shown when you give a HC with 12 wins an extension.
an extension doesn't mean jack [BLEEP]...History shows that an interim coach makes little to no impact after firing a coach during the season...Of course there are exceptions, but there are far more instances where little to no impact is made, which is why Khan says it makes no sense to fire a coach in season...

Khan knows what the problem is...I think he's just trying to find out where the players are at...We have players calling out fans, player who says fans just care about winning and not the players, players losing their tempers and getting ejected, players questioning the coaching, so Khan wants to see if Gus has lost the locker room, or if he still has the players trust, or if the players are starting to call each other out such as the defense saying we play our [BLEEP] off only to watch the offense screw everything up...Khan wants to see where players put the blame and what the moral of the locker room is

The Jungle Forums is the Jaguars' biggest fan message board. Talking about the Jags since 2006, the Jungle was the team-endorsed home of all things Jaguars.

Since 2017, the Jungle is now independent of the team but still run by the same crew. We are here to support and discuss all things Jaguars and all things Duval!
