To expound some, I want Teddy, Carr, or Bortles out of this draft (if Blake declares), because those are the 3 QBs that I have evaluated and judged to have legitimate 50/50 or better franchise QB potential. I think Boyd, Manziel, Mettenberger, Hundley, and Garoppolo have roughly a 10-20% chance of being franchise QBs. I think Murray, McCarron, and Fales are quality backup QBs in the NFL.
