You can and should fault the coaching staff for not coaching Bortles up better i.e. teaching him how to throw with a proper motion but to an extent I think Bortles will always be what he is, which is an inaccurate thrower who makes bad decisions too often. Inaccuracy I see a lot of times when watching the game from him. I didn't see that as much with Rivers obviously. Inaccuracy is the reason why when the defense plays tight he cant get anything going. He can't place a ball accurately into tight windows. Once the defense loosens up the windows gets bigger and his play improves - that's too late. Theoreticcaly you can improve on that but I think it will be too much to ask from Bortles
