Bortles was from Oviedo and a 2 STAR player with 2 QB offers (UCF and Colorado State who mainly wanted him as a TE)
 
Bortles and Driskel both were at the same camps.....
 
Bortles dominated the camps but the star system was already predetermined based on Driskel running a high school shotgun offense. 
 
Driskel is awful.
Are you sure Bortles dominated at those camps, I need to see some youtube videos. lol
