Better sign Gus up for four more years and get rid of Caldwell so that Gus can truly get a fair chance to coach a team with enough talent to compete with mediocre teams like the tacks.

As one of those long time posters who advocated patience, I stand by the logic, even if the end results were not there.


Cleveland has changed coaches more frequently than some change underwear. The least successful franchises are riddled with instability.


Using my rationale, we gambled on Bradley and lost big time. But I'd rather gamble and lose on stability then gambling on a "strategy" that is a proven failure.
