We all know Khan more than likely wont make a coaching change in season so we are just gonna have to suck it up and deal with it

Maybe, maybe not.  I've been a fan since the beginning and even during the past decades' losing seasons, the fans have stuck with the Jags pretty loyally.  But there is simultaneously both anger and apathy going on that you didn't see when people were calling for Tom Coughlin, JDR, or even Mike Mularkey to be fired.  

 

Maybe it's the 14-41 record under Gus, or the fact that team flat out quit against the Titans, but this just "feels" different.  

 

You have this idea that I'm taking this personally or something.  I'm not.  I'm not threatening to stop watching the games for the rest of the season. I'm not going to go out of my way to watch them, but since I already paid for NFL Sunday Ticket, I'll watch the Jags in the background even though I know the season is pretty much lost.  There are young players that I hope will develop and things like that.  

 

And yes, with revenue sharing, it is hard to not make money in the NFL.  

 

But the Jags have been losing consistently for the past 10 years.  They've developed a culture of losing and they aren't developing that winning tradition and loyalty of the next generation of Jags fans.  A lot of the message board posters are old-timers who are Jags fans from the beginning, when the Jags first came to Jacksonville.  

 

Sure, the owner can do what he wants.  I'm not arguing that.  But if you want to build your fanbase, sticking with the worst coach in modern NFL history may not be the best way to do it.
