I totally agree - no one on this board knows more about running a franchise than the Jags front office.  

 

The problem is - other franchises simply know more about running their franchises better than the Jags know how to run theirs.  That's indisputable.  Worst record in the NFL over the past 10 years.  Worst head coach in NFL history.  

 

The problem isn't the fans.  The problem isn't message board posters whiffing on draft picks and head coaches.  

 

The problem is the Jags front office.  Yeah, they know more than me, they know more than you.  But if they knew more than other NFL front offices, they wouldn't be the worst franchise in the NFL over the past decade.  

 

That's what has to change.
