The problem is - other franchises simply know more about running their franchises better than the Jags know how to run theirs.  That's indisputable.  Worst record in the NFL over the past 10 years.  Worst head coach in NFL history.  

 

The problem isn't the fans.  The problem isn't message board posters whiffing on draft picks and head coaches.  

 

The problem is the Jags front office.  Yeah, they know more than me, they know more than you.  But if they knew more than other NFL front offices, they wouldn't be the worst franchise in the NFL over the past decade.  

 

That's what has to change.  

yup it has to change but it's not as simple as some people think...some think ya just grab a new gm and HC coach and you will be fixed by the start of next season...Ever look at posts on here right after every draft? You see stuff like we are going to be beasting next year, 11-5, no way we can't go deep into the playoffs, we should have a #1 defense/offense, all kinds of high expectations before players even sign their contracts...I agree we are behind on the rebuild, in a perfect world we would be running with the big dogs...The jags took a chance on a young DC as HC, it didn't work, now they are going to have to try again
