New GM, new HC, all new assistant coaches, likely many new scouts, all the players having to learn new systems, figure at least 1/3 of the roster will turn over in the offseason - at best you can hope for in 2017 is somewhere between 4-12 and 8-8.  And with the long history of losing, that makes it even harder to attract quality coaches and free agents.  

 

It's not going be a quick or easy rebuild.  

 

My only real "hope" is that Blake can somehow be fixed, because if they have to use their 2017 1st round pick on a QB, that means the O-line is going to be neglected.
