My only real "hope" is that Blake can somehow be fixed, because if they have to use their 2017 1st round pick on a QB, that means the O-line is going to be neglected.  

the other side of this coin is...It may make it even more attractive for a quality coach...It would look really good to be "THE coach who turned the Jacksonville Jaguars into a winning team again" Supposedly we have a lot of talent on this team...If that's really true, we don't need a total rebuild...All we need is a coaching staff who can develop players...We don't have that now and haven't had that since Coughlin

 

I think Caldwell is fine, we will have to wait until we get a new coaching staff to see
