  Just because Greg Olson got a pink slip doesn't necessarily mean that he's at primary fault for the Jaguars Offensive collective performance this season.   My gut feeling is the team has greater issues than Olson.    Much greater issues. 

 

 Though I mentioned earlier that Dave Caldwell probably has done a better job than the Jaguars coaches and players,  that doesn't mean that Caldwell has done a good enough job. 

 

 I believe the Jaguars additions on Defense have upgraded the unit.   However,  sometimes even minor scheme changes can make a significant difference in performance.
