I think you miscalulate the intellegence of The Jungle posters.

 

We've all witnessed the sacrifices that HC's make to try and save thier skin.  The fact that Olsen was fired is nice, but it's a firing for the sake of appeasing low information fans.

 

I'm not calling you a low information fan, but anyone that sees this firing as anything but a symbolic gesture is not really paying attention.  The firing is bush league.  It's an attempt to make "bibbers" happy.

 

Unfortunately, they don't realize that there is no more "bibber" type fans.  We all just see what this is.  It's a mess.  And the head of the snake is still alive.  

 

With that said, I'm glad Olsen is gone.  But I don't see this as anything other than a move to try and placate fans.

 

It won't work.
