The problem is your view of Bortles. While I won't go as far as some to say he's complete trash, it is clear he has regressed and there are problems that must be fixed if he is to succeed, and for better or worse, the Jags level of success will hinge upon that as well. Peyton Manning regressed his FOURTH and FIFTH seasons in the NFL. What's the point? Year 5 Manning had 26 TDs and 23 INTs and he had a top 5 running game in Edgerrin James.
