The passing game was great last year. It's hard to score when you're one dimensional. 

I agree... but you CAN NOT blame Bortles mechanics on anything other than himself.

 

Run game has been bad. Some of it is scheme, some of it is personnel.

 

O-line is pass blocking better than we've seen in years yet Bortles can't sit patiently and make a throw.

That has nothing to do with the run game.

 

I will say this.. our WRs aren't getting separation and Bortles seems reluctant to throw into tight windows, maybe because the team emphasized not turning the ball over when he started winging it to the other team at an alarming rate....

 

But most of the QB problems are his own. And some of it falls on coaching and some of it falls on the WRs.

 

Plenty of QBs overcome bad defenses or awful run games.

When you're the 3rd overall pick in your 3rd season.... you should have your [BLEEP] together to be honest.

 

 

I still think BB5 can turn it around and show us more of what we saw last year. 

But you should stop humping his leg. He hasn't earned such adoration.
