He knows he is a dead man walking and his job is un-savable, and it shows in his passion, press conferences, and the overall lack of respect his team seems to have for him. Marrone would have approached the job from a wanting to be here permanently standpoint and would have demanded the players respect. If not here, he would have essentially been auditioning for a HC job somewhere next year. |
