Obviously, OSU would have 2 losses.

Michigan? What if they make it to the Conference Championship game, but somehow get beat by Wisconsin?


It's not out of the realm of possibility, seeing as Wisconsin played both teams closely (nearly beating OSU).


If Clemson, Bama, Washington finish undefeated; who gets the 4th spot? 1 loss Louisville (even though they didn't win their conference)?

2 loss Oklahoma (assuming they win the Big 12)?


Who gets it?

It's entirely possible a 1 loss team that didn't win their Conference championship gets in this year.

 

Wisconsin has two losses, but owns the tiebreaker over Nebraska;. If 1-loss Nebraska wins out, Wisconsin has no chance. Nebraska's best chance of losing again is Saturday night in Columbus. Then we have a 2-loss team (if Ohio State beats Nebraska) in the in the BTCG. The interesting scenario here is what if the 2-loss West winner beats the undefeated or one-loss East winner? That is where it gets tricky.

 

One thing I have noticed is for the first time, nobody said the Big 10 is a weak conference all season. If the CFPC wants to put two Big 10 teams in, fewer people will complain than when TCU and Baylor were not selected because Ohio State won an actual CCG.
