Bortles is more mobile than 80% of the QBs out there.  He has the highest completion % outside of the pocket in the league.  Why in the world would you have him sit back in the pocket just because that's what you're supposed to do?  It cost Olson his job.  Hopefully Hackett figures it out.  
If you were planning the opening drive for the KC game and you are scripting 8 plays, how many of them are designed roll-outs for #5?
