Sous Vide? Anyone try this?

The apparatus just hooks to a pot or some container and let re rip. Am I wrong?That is how it works. You are correct. Make sure when you seal up your meat of choice that you get all the air out. Ideally use a food saver vacuum sealer. You can use ziplocks but they don't work nearly as well. |
