Personally, I think Gus shortened the offensive game plan and Olson is the scapegoat.
 

This is what I kept asking everyone here: Why did Greg Olson change the game plan knowing what works with mostly the same players? It still does not make sense Other teams can keep on doing what they have done for years and don't waste time changing up the offensive scheme after finding success with it.
