A local fan who has supported the team since 1995 (preferably a lifetime STH) should write a petition addressed to Shad Khan and Dave Caldwell. If that is not allowed here, email your messages to a volunteer. The purpose of this letter is to let them know we all see a much brighter future with the Jacksonville Jaguars coming soon after Gus Bradley is fired, but have little to cheer about until that happens. Let Shad know we will always remain Jaguars fans, but the demand for a new coaching staff - starting at the top this calendar year - is universal because of what we see coaches and players do every game. No insults please - just make your points in favor of firing Gus Bradley now instead of after the regular season ends. Explain to him why it would be better (in your opinion) to punt Bradley and promote Doug Marrone after the game at Kansas City.
