We're suppose to be like the Titans, but with star receivers on the outside. It's a nice vision that our coaches had, but we just don't have the line talent or role players to make that happen. 

There isnt any doubt about that, but most people here seem to think Gus makes the final decision.  If that is the case and Dave makes every decision based on what Gus wants he should be fired right along with Gus because he is one of the weakest GMs of all time.  Why even have a GM when you have Gus to make the decisions?
