for years, Gus Bradley has preached that it's all about "getting better"... he wouldn't even utter the word "win" in his first 2-3 years.  I believe he has developed a culture of losers, and I think he is a loser himself.

 

I would like to just point to a quote from Kelvin Beachum after today.  It's interesting that it takes a veteran to come here from a winning team to finally have some common sense.  I'm also sure guys like Beachum aren't too interested in the signs hanging up at Everbank saying "we believe in getting better."

 

“It’s about wins and losses in the National Football League,” Beachum said. “It’s not about a step forward and it’s not about finding positives. It’s not about any of those things. It’s about winning and losing. It’s the National Football League. You have to grow up. We have to find ways to win games.”
