I doubt Dave gets fired when Gus gets the axe at the end of the season. Shad's been running the Jags in the complete opposite of how he's run Fulham, so Dave'll more than likely have a shorter leash after this next coaching hire. The DE/OLB hybrids are the ones that are racking up the sacks/QB pressures, so regardless of scheme, ignoring them would be insane. The guys at the top of this pass-rusher class can actually do the things that Dante can't and I'd rather bank on that than gamble that a 4th/5th rounder will play above his draft position.
