  I respect what you are saying.   Yet,  I saw a stat last night that jumped out regarding the Jaguars.   The team is last in the NFL with a -12 in turnover ratio.  

 

  The NFL is a performance based league.   If players don't hold on to the ball,   they are at the very least going to have their roles reversed.   In some cases,  they are going to be released.    If coaches can't get players to protect the football better,  at some point they are going to lose their jobs.    In terms of what you mentioned,  one has to wonder if the team's Special Teams Coordinator Mike Mallory will be let go during the season.  Tennessee already fired their Special Teams Coordinator.
