So what should we do at QB next season?

Sometimes, if you want to fix something right, you have to have a little patience. I know it sucks, but sometimes there just is no easy fix on these things. Those are not the only two options. What makes you think we would be "stuck" in the same situation as we are now? All I know is: we better draft a qb who can just sling it. Need someone with "natural passing" ability with a strong, accurate arm.
