No one is going to be suddenly swayed by some last minute interjection of some random policy that pushed any particular voter in one direction nor the other. Most people I know/talk to despise both of these candidates and are either not voting, voting for the candidate they hate the least while still hating both or are voting third party because either they won't reconcile or they actually agree with the majority of said candidates political stances.
