Ha, I guess you don't read many of my posts. Other than an Eric bunker, I'm as far from residential as you can get.


In 1998 we had a "100 year flood" and the gun range next door lost a few throwing machines, which I happened to come across and was able to fix. So now I have my own trap shooting setup. I host a neighborhood shoot every Thanksgiving since 2002 to celebrate harvest.


I used to be able to do 600 yard shooting but over the last 15 years all the open ground became almond orchards. But long distance rifle shooting is my favorite. I'm only so-so and trap and skeet compared to some of the club members that can rip off 25s all day long.
