I used to be pretty strict about it. Now I occasionally reload shotshells if I'm competing.


I rarely ever do rifle ammo anymore, I can only do the long distance stuff a few times a year now so it didn't seem worth it. I don't compete with that at all so some of the premium factory ammo seemed good enough to play with.


All in all, I shoot way less than I did 10 years ago. I used to go through 500-600 shells a week. Now I might go shoot 4 rounds once a month haha.
