I am not saying that this guy is not in this draft. But let me ask each of you this, are you willing to pass on a Barr or Clowney or any other top ten talent- with the talent we have on our roster- in order to take the QB you favor (Bridgwater, Bortles, Carr, etc.)


I think it's different if we were to take a QB with a later pick, maybe someone we can develop. It would also be different if we had the overall talent that some of the teams will have that are drafting in the top 10 alongside of us. However for us to draft a Project or question mark QB in the top 10 or worse top 5, with the talent we have, all the while passing on talent we desperately need, would be insane.


I realize that every pick is a risk, but passing on Clowney or Barr, who just from my naked eye seem to be more of a sure thing than a lot of these qbs, could be very hurtful.


I am just as QB starved as all of us on this board, but there has to be another solution.

This is what I agree with. IMO teddy is the only NfL ready QB. And if I'm wrong about Bortles it is undeniable that he is ranked highly due a lot to his potential (and I do believe he has great potential, I just heard the same about BG).


There is a lot more value in drafted an NFL ready and top prospect defensive end, than a qb that your not so sure on.
