My rant regarding gays was just kind of "thrown in there" because I see those issues at work as well.  The same with the "participation trophy" mentality that children are being taught in today's world.

 

The bottom line is, we've gone from a "can do" type of society to a "give me" society.

I'm not calling you a liar but I don't believe them either. I think it's easy to just say "I learned it in school" rather than well I was influenced by my parents and my social groups and the message boards I frequent. "I learned it in school" has a feel of authority to it. It's not like kids are the most truthful of people. That's all I am saying.
