How could Henne possibly be worse than Bortles at this point?

To put things in perspective, Henne is the last jag QB to put together a 3 game win streak.

 

Henne obviously isn't the future, but there is possibly some value in putting a guy out there whose confidence isn't shot for the benefit of the rest of the players on offense. This would also take the pressure off Bortles and give him the opportunity to focus on fixing himself.
