Last year, the Jaguars proved they aren't afraid to use a top 3 pick on a position they're already young and solid at. The Rams won't risk it
 

This year they did that. Why do people think April 2013 is not the same year as December 2013? Idiots.

 

How did you come to that conclusion? They traded down twice last year - first before the draft and later when they were on the clock. Their assigned pick was #2.
