Caldwell is far from the worst GM within the NFL. He has infused some serious talent within our team and 2013 doesn't count because he selected the players from the previous scheme's scouting reports. As a Norm, All GM will hit or miss each and every year. The only thing that Caldwell needs to do is continue selecting talent to which he already has alone/w deciding who his HC will be in 2017 and beyond...
