I like Bortles but his delivery motion scares me a little bit. He needs to work on his mechanics this offseason because he has definitely regressed this year. He doesn't make good decisions either. I wonder how good he can be with better coaching. 

 

Looking back at his td stats last year, he didn't have that many garbage time tds, even though it felt like it. In all the games that were out of hand in 2015, he scored a combined 6 tds in the last 5 mins of those games.
