The dude has ELITE speed. He could lose a step with 5-10 extra pounds and still have above average speed. The kid broke the New Jersey High School track record in the 200 yard dash with a time of 20.79 for goodness sake. His coverage skills will be what could hinder him in the secondary, not his speed. You saying that his speed is or will be an issue makes it quite evident that you aren't that familiar with Peppers.
