It is sad that you are so right. Coaches like Cowher, John Gruden, even if they want to coach again, won't work for Caldwell. This has happened to bad teams in the past as we remember the Bucs and the Falcons. And it will continue with the Browns. Hopefully Khan will stop this wheel in motion.
