Football is a team game and repeatedly this team finds a different but consistent way to lose games, week after week. The problem is that there is no accountability and the lack of it is really hurting the team. I would let go of the coach and have a team meeting with the players and tell them that if they want to play next year, they'll be competition at each position and stupid plays will no longer be acceptable, but it is the Jags, so let's see how far that goes. Losing team/culture.
